Hey all, First things first I would like to thank Laurie McClain and her husband Charlie for helping me find this internet access place because I don't know how many of you have dealt with WebTV which is what my Hotel has, but they are slower than any dial-up I have ever used. What do I mean, well that's an easy one, I would never, EVER, use it again unless completely a life or death situation where I had no choice whatsoever. So there is my Thank you, to Laurie, who's last CD "The Trumpet Vine" which was a tribute to the late Kate Wolf was reviewed here at Rikks Revues. Also my apology to all for not getting the updates out to you sooner. Will I be getting more to you, it depends how busy the rest of the weekend i9s there is much more to see and hear at CMA Music Fest (AKA Fan Fare) but I did want to get at least one update to you....

Alright, I have many incredible pictures to share as soon as I get back to home base and I have met many wonderful people and friends....

I have finally got the chance to meet and hear a few of the artists I have reviewed including Buddy Jewell, who said he liked MY hat, what a guy, Billy Hurst, Chris Young who is as incredible live as he is on CD, Seth Turner and more.....

I Have seen artists from Pam Tillis to Brad Paisley, John Arthur Martinez, Rascall Flatts, Terri Clark and many others. This is one of the most amazing times I have had and I have had so much fun in Nashville, by the way,. the people here totally rock.... The ones at least from Nashville are so nice and helpful, If you happen to be in the area and need to get around, call Jim, Jim's Yellow Cab (615)589-9239 he picks you up personally, and has good rates and knows Nashville like the back of his hand.... I know it is a shameless plug, but the guy really is a super nice individual....

Well if I don't get to update you until I get back it is a wonderful place, the folks are great, and I am having the time of my life in Music City..... You can expect many pictures, more shameless plugs, and a more detailed synopsis of what my trip was really like, including the many delays I had getting here....
