First impressions of Leki will probably be that she is definitely a soul singer, especially with the sexy, thoughtful poses on her CD cover, Breakin’ Out. Surprisingly, Leki seems very into her hip-hop! Her lyrics show her to be a girl that want to have a good time and is not afraid to show it with tracks like "Breakin’ Out", the title track, "More than Ready" and "Crazy"… Well why not! 

It makes a difference from all the ‘Bling, Bling talk’ that we hear all the time in hip-hop tracks. She does some singing as well, Leki did not, but it is more laid back vocals as oppose to her trying to reach for those Mariah notes. Her thoughtful lyrics in tracks like "Hello" and "Latin Lover" will allow her audience to identify with her, and that’s always a good thing! It’s clear that Leki’s funky, hip-hop beats will get you moving and singing along. A Good attempt!
