Pablo Francisco OUCH! Live From San Jose.... Stand-up comedy on the middle ground.

Pablo Francisco has been hailed as the most outrageous comedian in the USA. Well, I have to wonder if he put that moniker on himself, or if the studio dubbed him. I am not by any means saying that Pablo Francisco is not funny, he really is, to a poiint, and that point comes about half way through OUCH! Live from San Jose.

A MAD TV cast member, cool, but not everyone can pull off the solo thing.... and maybe Pablo Francisco can, but he falls short of the mark in OUCH! Live From San Jose. There are a few laugh out loud moments, then it gets a bit mundane and it's more like just sometimes bringing a smile to your face, and sometimes a question to your mind as to why.......

If you love stand-up comedy, this is a good show, but the re-watch factor is not quite so large. A couple times and you may be putting this one away in your cabinet for a long time. I think Pablo Francisco definitely has the ability, but we need to transcend from the small screen to the stage a bit more easily. Fans of Francisco will find this entertaining, but the voices and vocal acrobatics tend to get a bit old for me.
